Directions: Place noodles in 6 cups of boiling water and boil until tender ( 10 - 15 minutes), drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown 1.5 to 2 lbs of ground beef, chicken or turkey. Drain well. Add contents of the seasoning pack, 1 15 ounce can of tomatoes or your favorite salsa and simmer on medium for 5 minutes. Add the cooked noodles and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. reduce heat and serve when cheese is melted. You can enjoy as it is, or top with sour cream, onions, cilantro, jalapeno, any of your favorites. You can also bake this dish for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 Deg F oven. (cooking times vary by oven)
